Twelve years ago, I stepped into real estate alongside my family—my brother was the contractor, and together we navigated the early days of the business. It was a solid foundation, one built on trust and familiarity. But by the end of 2021, I made a decision that would change everything: I walked away from my W-2 job and the comfort of my family’s safety net. No fallback. No prompting. Just me—and the belief that I could do this on my own.
That shift wasn’t just bold—it was necessary. When you're no longer leaning on anyone else, you stop playing it safe. I was forced to be fearless. Every project, every number, every decision—it all landed squarely on my shoulders. And strangely enough, that’s where I found my stride.
One of the most defining moments came in 2023 with a high-stakes flip. Everything about it was big: the purchase price, the rehab budget, the risk. It was a post-pandemic market, with unpredictability baked into every move. But I stayed tight with the numbers, managed the budget like my livelihood depended on it—because it did—and I made it work. That deal didn’t just succeed; it thrived. And it proved something to me: I don’t need a net to perform at a high level.

My approach today is a reflection of that journey. I bring bold decision-making grounded in years of hands-on experience. I know how to stretch a dollar without cutting corners. I know what it means to bet on yourself—and win.

I believe every deal should work for everyone involved — the seller, the investor, and the community. Real estate isn’t just about buying low and selling high; it’s about creating solutions and opportunities where others might only see problems.
While many investors zero in on numbers alone, I take a broader view. Yes, the numbers matter — I run a tight budget on every project — but so do the people and the neighborhoods where I work. I want to leave things better than I found them. That means taking the time to listen, laying out options, and choosing the path that makes the most sense for all parties.
Once a deal is in motion, I move quickly. My projects typically go from purchase to finished product in three to six months. With more than a decade in real estate and a reliable team by my side, I know how to balance speed with quality. Budgets stay tight, work gets done right, and the end result speaks for itself.
For me, it’s not just about flipping houses — it’s about building relationships, delivering on promises, and proving that doing the right thing is also the most profitable way forward.
